- Manage and support 10 production Shopify storefronts across 9 D2C brands and 1 B2B storefront.
- Work across a shared ERP and PIM ecosystem supporting product, inventory, order, pricing and catalog workflows across multiple stores.
- Partner with marketing and business teams on conversion-focused storefront improvements, SEO implementation, promotions, landing pages, merchandising and customer-journey enhancements.
- Implement customer-experience features such as Buy with Amazon purchase paths and custom Complete the Bundle experiences, including storefront, variant, cart and mobile behavior.
- Build Shopify Flow automations for product lifecycle and catalog governance, including automatically archiving end-of-line and clearance products so items that should no longer be sold do not remain purchasable.
- Automate product tagging from metafield values to support downstream B2B pricing-tier and merchandising logic.
- Develop custom Shopify apps and tailor B2B checkout and purchasing workflows, including invoice/payment-term and other business payment options.
- Build custom Shopify forms for product customization and special-order requests, capturing customer requirements for downstream operational handling.
- Maintain domain and email-authentication settings, including DNS, SPF and DMARC, for Shopify and connected business systems.
- Led a Magento-to-Shopify B2B migration covering product catalog, customer accounts, order history and wholesale functionality.
- Build and customize Shopify themes and reusable storefront features using Liquid, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Storefront API, Admin API, GraphQL, Metaobjects and Vite.
- Integrate and support Klaviyo, HubSpot, Gorgias and Salsify across marketing, CRM, support and product-data workflows.
- Investigate and resolve checkout, payments, shipping, tax, inventory, app, performance, compatibility and security/compliance issues across connected commerce systems.
